Checkout what makes the Ultra Boards the most innovative cornhole boards in the game:
- American Cornhole League (ACL) Regulation Size and Weight.
- Deck to Ground Angle = 11°
- Deck Overhang Thickness = 1″
- Hole and Rail Round-Over Radius = 3/16″
- Quad-Grid Backplate optimizes the Stiffness to Weight while creating a highly rigid construction.
- Patent Pending Ultra Gripsâ„¢. Ultra Gripsâ„¢ keep your boards in place and offer leveling options.
About the deck thickness: Ultra Board faces are made using either 1/2″ Baltic Birch plywood or 1/2″ PVC. While our decks are built from a thinner material than some of our competitors, mechanical engineering is utilized to optimize the cornhole board for weight, global stiffness, and local stiffness. By using 1/2″ materials and moving weight away from the center, we gain incredible structural efficiency. The outer edge of the deck top is reinforced and measures 1″ thick. There are 4 full length continuous ribs that are bonded and fastened to adjacent plywood parts to maximize stiffness. Tying everything together is the Quad-Grid Backplate, which boosts the global stiffness of the board. You’ll find some smaller cross braces in key areas such as right below the hole that address local stiffness and makes improvements in areas of concern with our previous generation boards. The result is a next level board that capitalizes on construction for premium performance.
