Eligible players must throw Ultra Bags and wear Ultra jerseys or t-shirts during play. Players will need to submit their qualifying tournament wins/podiums by the end of each month. Players will be responsible to provide links to live streams for eligible tournaments as well as links to podium pics. Tournament games must be Live-streamed on public social pages. We will accept recorded matches posted after the event when wi-fi or connectivity issues require. Team Ultra contracts contain additional details.
The Ultra Rep Program puts cash directly in your pocket! It’s easy selling the best bags when you are out there throwing them. All Team players are enrolled into our Rep Program and many get starter packages to make it easy to get started.

Selling bags is easy. If you are out playing 3 times a week, you could pocket $420.00 a month selling just one set each time you play. Top players will qualify for starter kits to help them start earning cash right out of the gate.
Players/Directors/Reps are rated on a scale that values Market Size, Number of Times a Player/Director/Rep plays or attends events in a week, Social Media Content/Reach, Skill, and Marketability of the person/league. Initial ratings help us get players started with an Ultra Rep Starter Kit and baseline rep-pricing to start. There are awesome rewards for top performers as they sell more including reducing bag costs.
Team Ultra Players get incredible support. The best bags in the game + jerseys, shorts, and other gear, make up just part of our Player Packages. Player packages can have a value of $500 to $2500 or more.Â

There are 5 Player Packages. Each is tailored for the type of player/rep using our rating system. This makes sure Team Ultra players are set to best represent Ultra on the boards and gets them started selling bags and making money. Pro players will qualify for the best packages while players working their way up in the game can work their way up within our team.Â
All players will have access to our private Team Ultra Facebook Group. This is the hub where team players can interact with one another, share tips & podiums, and more.Â
Guaranteed Contracts: We offer limited contracts with cash payments. Paid sponsorships are usually reserved for Top 100 players and a select prospects. Fill out our application and let us know why we should sponsor you. Our Team Manager reviews all applications and will respond to each application.
When rating players, we take into account a player’s Skill/Performance, Marketability, Social Media Content/Reach, Frequency that Players are Playing, and Market Size (where a player is located). A thorough review of each player’s application is performed including checking their social media channels. When reviewing players’ performance, we check their past tournament performances and stats from the ACL’s software and Scoreholio. Performance matters but we find that players who play often and are great people in their local communities have great value too! We take every application seriously.
