Shipping Information

If you have an order number, we have your order. Shipping and Processing times vary. When items ship to a residence, they will be sent via  FedEx Home Delivery service. When shipping to a business, items will ship using FedEx Ground. Please note, that we may offer expected delivery times which is based on an estimate provided by our carriers. We do not guarantee these estimates. Please see the handling times below.

Order Processing and Handling Time

When ordering bags, please review the product’s terms and conditions. We always list a processing time on each bag’s product page. Boards typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Please contact us if you absolutely need an order by a certain date. 

Cornhole Bags Shipping Transit Time

Bag sets generally ship using FedEx expedited service which takes about 1-3 business days.  In some situations bags may ship using a ground service if ordered with other items such as a Scorer Pro set.  

Ground Shipping Transit Time

Larger items such as boards, Scorer Pro and Banners will ship using FedEx Ground service. When placing an order for the board sets, select where the item will be shipped to. Shipping charges will be calculated once the items are added to the cart and a zip code has been entered.  Typical shipping transit times for customers in the following areas are: 

    • West Coast: 1-3 business days
    • Midwest: 3-6 business days
    • East Coast: 4-6 business days

If you would like your order shipped faster, let us know. FedEx offers 2-Day and Overnight shipping, but this is usually 2-3 times more expensive than the standard shipping rate. Places We Ship To

San Diego Residents: If you live in San Diego and want to pick up your Boards, send us an email and we will work to setup a time for you to pickup your boards. We will refund your shipping. Currently, we do not allow for customers to pick up bag orders on site.

International Customers: We can ship to Canada and non-contiguous U.S. states but the order must be at least $100, not including shipping. Shipping charges will be greater than that quoted on our website. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering. We also have suppliers in Canada and Europe that carry our products and we can direct you to them.

P.O. Box Addresses: We can ship bag sets to P.O. Boxes using our standard rates; However, to ship other items, like board sets, shipping charges will be greater than that quoted on our web site. Please contact us for a quote prior to ordering when shipping cornhole board sets to a P.O. Box.

APO Overseas: We do not ship boards this way due to potential damage when shipping. 

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Please visit our Policies page for Returns, Cancellations and Refunds.  If the product is defective, please use our contact form and we will email you instructions on returning the product within 30 days of you receiving the order.  If the product is in new condition, customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product back to our facility. Once received, we will issue a refund. There is a 15% restocking fee. There are no refunds for orders that require customization, such as logos.  Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment of stock items and prior to manufacture of custom orders.
