Looking the the best waterproof all-weather cornhole boards? Look no further! Sprinklers, rain, late night dew? None of it matters! You can spray these boards down with a hose and not even dry them off if you want! The boards are built 100% from a high definition PVC material. The finish plays super smooth and just like our wood finished tops. Direct print graphics and our proprietary spray finish ensures these boards will have the pro-style slide ALL of our Ultra Boards do. The All-Weather Elite II features a Quad-Grid Backplate with added structural bracing to create maximum stiffness on the playing surface. These boards play just like the all wood Elite II. Additionally our patent pending Ultra Grips™ will keep the all-weather cornhole boards exactly where you place them! 

 All-Weather Ultra Boards are built in the USA at our shop in San Diego, California.

About the deck thickness:  All-Weather boards feature a 1/2″ PVC plastic top paired with a 1/2″ PVC plastic deck overhang. We utilize mechanical engineering to optimize our All-Weather cornhole boards for weight, global stiffness, and local stiffness by strengthening our overhang. At the same time, we don’t believe our customers should have to compromise longevity for strength. To combat this, we selected an incredibly durable HD-PVC plastic that allows for full printing and long-term performance. 

About the Quad-Grid Backplate: We have implemented four full-length continuous ribs that are bonded to the deck and fastened to adjacent framing. This structure creates four I-beams running through the length of the board to maximize stiffness. Tying everything together is a partial back sheet (Quad-Grid Backplate) that completes the I-beam and boosts the global stiffness of the board. You’ll find additional small cross braces in key areas, such as right below the hole, providing local stiffness improvements in common areas of concern.
