About the Bag: 

The Cobra line is back at Ultra and these bags are perfect for players just starting out and those looking for great bags at a great price but not worried about what an ACL stamp is needed for. Cobra-S is a new series of Ultra Bags for 2025. The fast side is the same as our world famous Widow-R and Widow-X. This fast side is well known with perfect speed and incredible durability. The slow side may look familiar to fans of our Psycho-R, but it performs like a completely new material when paired with the Cobra-S fast side. This combination makes the bag long-lasting and perfect for those players looking for something sturdy, high-quality, and budget-friendly.

• Fast Side Speed Rating (Cold/Damp): 5   
  • Switch to the Psycho-R if too slow.
• Fast Side Speed Rating (Hot/Dry): 8   
  • Good speed. Fast, but not too fast.   
• Slow Side Speed Rating (Cold/Damp): 5 
  • Switch to the Widow-R if too slow.   
• Slow Side Speed Rating (Hot/Dry): 7 
  • Quicker out of the package, but will slow down once broken in.

Looseness Rating: 8.5 
Break in the bags using our 1-Hour Break-In Kitto relieve any stiffness out of the package.

About Speed Ratings:  Speed of bags is strongly dependent on the humidity level and the type of fabric. Cotton or duck bags will generally be very fast in hot/dry conditions and slow in cold/damp conditions. Synthetic fabric such as polyester will play much quicker in cold/damp conditions and is generally more predictable. Speed rating of “0” means the bag is so sticky that the bag will not move even when the board is tilted at a 60° angle. Speed rating of “10” means the bag will slowly move down the board at regulation board angle of 11°.

About Looseness Rating:  Looseness is based on the stiffness of the fast side fabric.  A tighter weave will generally produce a stiffer bag.  Looseness rating of “0” means the bag is very stiff and is highly likely to clog the hole. A Looseness rating of “10” means the bag will slip into the smallest opening if the fast side speed rating is high.

ALERT!!! If you boil or overheat your bags, we will know because they will have shrunk!!!  You void your warranty if you overheat your bags!!!
