You should get an email with tracking info when your order ships. Check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes emails end up caught in filters. Also, orders can process 1-10 business days.

Rick, Bags can take 1-10 business days to process. From there the shipping typically takes 2-3 days. It can vary with the carrier, weather, location but it typically doesn’t take too long. we strive to meet or exceed that promise of 10 days and it appears your order was shipped on the 19th. Rick, You can see in the listing for each of the bags and our shipping information page that orders can process from 1-10 business days. This was 5 business days from when you placed your order. We work hard to keep our word and get bags out for shipping within that 1-10 business day period. Shipping then typically takes 2-3 days with the carrier. But that can vary. It appears your bags will be delivered today.

You ordered them on Friday after hours. Per the terms you agreed to prior to purchase, orders during high demand releases can take anywhere from 1-10 business days to ship from our facility. Today is the 2nd business day.
