If you find that your gift card balance has decreased but you haven’t placed the order yet, then please visit your orders https://ultracornhole.com/my-account/orders/ in the My Account page and look in the order history for pending orders.  Often times gift cards are already allocated to a pending order.  You can cancel these pending orders and the gift card balance should be restored.
